Solidifying a creaky stock

Hi!

My M14's stock is somewhat wobbly and creaky. It's not a huge deal but I'd like it to feel more solid. M14 stocks are rare to find, only one that I found is in stock, but it's on Evike and from an unknown brand. I can't find any used ones either. Is there any way to solidify the stock, make it creak less?

Thanks!

I've used expanding foam in the past and it works awesome. Take out your wiring, block off where don't want foam to go, then fill with low expanding foam. Hollow out any space you need afterwards with a knife or rasp.

That sounds good. Any brand/type of foam in particular?

No, just get any type of low expanding foam from the big box stores.

Or add fibre glass, then it would be rock solid :P
