I really liked the layout and selection. Plenty of choices, and a lot of gear that is fairly difficult to find (within the same price range) at other places.

So, I went ahead and carted the full gear set I wanted to buy. Full Flyye kit. Molle belt, Fast Attack Plate Carrier, various pouches. Got it all in Ranger Green, which was something I was specifically shopping for. Total was around 270 after shipping for the full set (everything I needed, minus a BDU). Got a confirmation email. Money was taken from my paypal. Nice and easy :D

Then, a few hours later I receive an email...Apparently the vest, belt and one of the pouches were out of stock..even though the site showed them fully available. Okay, so I told them to cancel the order and refund the money.

Received an email a few hours later, confirming that they cancelled the order and payment.

So far so good. A shame that the gear I wanted was not in stock, but the customer service was timely and efficient.

Entire process from when I ordered, to when they sent the cancellation email: 4 hours.

.......And then I sent an email right after the cancellation one, asking when, approximately, the money would be refunded....Still haven't heard back. I am hoping that it is just after-hours for them. I will know within a day or two.

I fully plan on buying a different set of gear from them, with the refunded money, but it is irksome that they 1: list items in stock that are NOT, and 2: do not refund the money as soon as the order is cancelled (<-- though I am hoping that is just a paypal delay. doubt it, as it took them under half an hour to take the money...)

TLDR: Good layout, good selection, good customer support SO FAR. I will add my experience with shipping and such after I buy the new set.

It is a little 'family-run' style place and all of my personal dealings with their staff have been good. They are one of the only shops in the Airsoft district of Hong Kong that actually seem willing to help you and they are great about helping me out with 'not available on-line' items.

Have nothing but good things to say, but they might be a little disorganized with stock as the shop is a chaotic place and I can only imagine the warehouse is a bit the same way.

But yes, excellent selection of ACM stuff, and good pricing.

Yeah, I am going with the benefit of the doubt with the refund and giving them time. Hopefully they get back to me soon, and they have the next kit set I am getting in.

I e-mailed and they refunded me pretty quickly, even answered my e-mails about when they will restock. Wasn't a totally bad experience, just sharing how we had a similar problem. Killjoys they are!

Woke up today to a very helpful response. Overall, this place seems like an 8-9/10. Nothing bad about it so far :)

Money refunded :) And it was a paypal fuckup, not Shooter. Paypal forgot to refund the money to my account. Quick note about Shooter though, their customer support only mails back about once per day.

Shooter CB is legit, they have a walkin store in Mong Kok in HK :) I always go there and buy stuff so ya

I think our only complaint is the accuracy of their stock on their website ;)
I am ready to order but they just don't have, boo.

Well, I made a new shopping list with them, then emailed their customer support to check if it was all in stock first. Saved a lot of time :D But yeah, great store except for online accuracy

how long did it take for shipping? I'm looking at their selection of AKs and I'm tempted by one as their prices look real good

I've ordered from them multiple times, every time I payed for the express shipping option. When I order from them I typically receive the package in 4-5 days with everything I ordered in the box undamaged.

Overall a great company to deal with!
