Hey, I happen to work at good ole C-Tire (gotta pay for airsoft somehow), and while I was slacking off the other day i was going through all of the rifle cases we carry and found a few goodies I thought I should share.

Yeah.... I got the 16.99 gun case, baught a single pistol gun case(fits 2 pistols actually) from k-mart in the USA last wekeend for only 5 bux! Double pistol case (could fit 4 actually) was 10 bux but I only got 1 pistol so the single works for me, not planning on buying another gbb for a while.

The camo aint that great, if it was then military stores would carry it.
And doesent the camo from CT have the inside colored bright/flourecent orange? or was it just certain items of "camo"

I would not underestimate some of the hunting pattern camos, they are really good even if non-military.

yea I was thinking about getting some of that leafy deer hunter camo in fleece! and maybe a fake duck for a hat.

Hunting camo are mostly composed (if not entirely) of static friendly designs. Meaning they work best under no movement at all, and look very realisitically like the foliage around them. These do not perform well under military use conditions because of how static they are. Military camo , on the other hand, the camo is fairly dynamic in the sense is adapts to different areas and during movement.

Since I've sold tons of camo when I used to work at the archery shop here in Calgary, I can tell you that your statement is not completely correct. There are LOTS of camo patterns that are for dynamic movement. You have to use them especially when you go bow hunting because there can be lots of stalking involved. The purpose of camo is to break up the outline of a human being so that an animal (humans included) cannot recognize it. As such, any person in any camo type can be picked out in the bush provided that it is moving. I personally use "real-tree stalker" camo when I go and play airsoft and I can say from experience that it works just as well if not better than cadpat and other such military camo's whilst we're playing in the bush. It's simply because it has a more realistic blending pattern with the given surroundings.

you can get a duck hat at c-tire? so cool.... we looked into making a deer hat for people to wear who forget their gun!!! (never wearin game obviously)

for fall, the real-tree camo is nice
I use mine for hunting, but have lent it out to new people for airsoft that dont have any camo. works. and decent price

as for the cases, they are a steal. I got mine from canadian tire for under $20. not the best, but good enough.

Pistol cases, every now and then Lebarons sells them cheap.

its my understanding that hunting camo work good in the enviroment that it is designed for, and thats it. whare as the military cammo seems to be usful in many diferent enviroments.
and it seems to me that no matter what your wareing, movment is usualy what draws attention to your self.
any way, just my thoughts,
