SA80 for Vehicle Display Advise needed!

Guys,

I am importing a CVR(T) Sabre and I will need three high quality SA80's (British L85A1 or L85A2).

As these will really only be mounted in the vehicle in there racks, the working side is not so important, but the cosmetics are critical. Can any one here advise which is the most accurate copy availible in Canada? Only interested in high quality versions.

Cheers...

For those of you unfamiliar with the CVR(T) Sabre, here is what I have coming...

Get Ares if the working parts aren't critical.

Thanks for the reply...Who sells Ares?

Please call TorontoAirsoft 647 342 8566, we have a few Ares L85s here that are non functional from the factory. They still look brand new.

I love this family of tanks, the Brits had them in Suffield Alberta when I worked with them in the 80's.

I know where to find a large quantity of 30mm empty shells mounted on belts if you need them. I can also get deactivated ones with a bullet on the shell. Just send me a pm if your interested.

mkVsten May 3rd, 2013 22:48

Street legal in the UK, but not here. Oh well.

The CVRT range are the perfect pocket sized vehicle ;) great for a close family of three.

Hey 5kull...this one was at BATUS for a summer(1983). Just got the detailed service records from the MOD. Cool history, was assigned to the following Regiments over its service life:
9th/12th Royal Lancers (Prince of Wales's) BAOR (British Army Occupation on the Rhine)
4th Royal Tank Regiment (4RTR)
5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards (5 INNIS DG)
The Queen's Own Yeomanry (QOY) 51st (Scottish) Brigade

She holds 160 30mm rounds (AP, APHP & HE) plus 3000 rounds for the 7.62mm co-ax chain gun...lol
Cozy
