That thing you posted appears to fit into the step down part of an M4 profile barrel.....nowhere near the handguard. Getting a TRIAD isn't hard if you have patience and are resourceful. Popping in a set of knights ras is better though.

On the "stolen" note, I'm sure some people can speak to that.

I'm honestly flabbergasted at this point as to why a reproduction TRIAD mount has not been produced.

There was a guy on here from over seas that was making and selling them last year, I've been in contact with him and he can still make them, but the problem lies with payment as he can't accept paypal...

I've sent him (Texas) another PM about them, I guess money order would work, I'll PM him and see if that would work, guess its so "old school" and non digital I never thought about that form of payment :P

I wish the whole world used EMT

It might cost a little more as well, but there is also Western Union or Money Gram.

I missed the initial discussion about someone offering reproduction TRIADs, but that's something I'd be very interested in getting. :)
