So a little quick and dirty review..

Placed an order March 6th.
Two weeks went by, no confirmation of funds received or anything of such.
Sent an email, 3 days later sent another.. got a response quickly after the second.

Email stated they are having trouble getting packages to clear customs. (Shipped via Fedex.) Okay? Bit odd, I guess. I didn't order anything "debatable" Whatever, I'll go with it.

Four weeks past, fire off an email, nothing. Two days later, fire off another, nothing.
Open up a case with Paypal, get a quick response then.

Told my item has been sent back to them from the border, they will refund me. (Okay....?)

Got my refund the next day.

All in all, not sure what happened. Glad they refunded me to say the least. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time though.

Communication is eh, so so. That's really all I can comment on.

My verdict... See if you can find your item else where, I don't think they are very Canadian "friendly".
Perhaps I was just unlucky. Most other reviews state their service is pretty good.

I was just about to order HK MP7 mags from them, maybe I will keep trying to find them somewhere else after this review..

Yeah, they are a hit or miss :/

They've always been quick for me but my skybox is in Miami so that might explain it, bought some we hicapa mag parts the other day, got to the skybox in 2 days then 4 days to reach Trinidad

I've ordered from them a few times, great service........... but at one point I wanted a couple Crosman stick mags for my nephew's C11 BB gun, added in some kick ass pellets, a really awesome scope for my new air rifle, placed order, done............ next day get an email saying my order was cancelled......... oh, maybe those steel sabot pellets I added are illegal, so I deleted them and replaced and paid for my order.......... next day, order cancelled again......... turns out the scope I put on the list is illegal to export from the US, and a phone call down there, even binoculars are illegal to export. Any optics at all! I told the woman I have high level ITAR clearance, so I'd understand if I was ordering NVGs or something from them, but an air rifle scope? Even binoculars? Yup, optics are illegal to export. She said they cancelled the order so I wouldn't have to deal with customs. Fair enough. So my order got shipped, I chose the simplest USPS method, the cheapest, next thing I know I get two UPS slip on the door first and second delivery attempts within the same afternoon) and wanting over $20 in brokerage fees........I'm fine with my Pyramyd air experiences, fuck US customs and UPS though!!!
