Panther Armory Silencers

Hi all, anyone here try or heard of panther armory silencers? I admit i am new to airsoft, but all the google searches bring up airsoftparts.ca, where i did order the PA silencer from. I'm not worried at all, just curious if anyone has heard of them.

I was debating between the "zombie killer" or "special forces" but in the end i went with the 150mm "special forces" as seen below. Can post pics if anyone's interested.

LOL nope.

Probably just another ACM company churning out cheap aluminum cans with foam in them.

The Grim Reaper Type 2 is WAY cooler bro.

Are they not all just aluminum tubes? ;) they do not silence. I don't get how some silencers are $50+ - minding explaining that to me?

Either way, i got it, and i like it, i have a Velocity Arms mp5a2 sports line (part metal part plastic) first gun, slowly getting into airsoft. I took it all apart the past week, to learn how it all functions and so on.

Names, branding.

They do supress sound somewhat, and also change the sound coming out of a gun from a pop to a thump.

i've got 3 of these on my pistols: http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/in...oducts_id=1759

as you can see, they do the job fine.

Better materials, better machining, better finish. Real Trademarks (as opposed to Skull Frog, "Special Forces", etc.)
The foam's is much nicer and made of a more sound-retardant cotton material, they come with internal ribs to protect the foam, etc.
Also most of the "pricier" suppressors actually are 1:1 replicas of the real deal right down to the quick attach-detach functions of their counterparts as well as the weight.

Examples: PTS' line of AAC suppressors, and Madbull's now-discontinued Surefire suppressors.

You really have to see, feel and use one in real life to appreciate these finer things in airsoft. Depends if you just want your stuff to pass the 10-ft test or if you want it as legit as possible.

I have a few of the panther supressors and for the price they are just fine.
it might sound strange but i find supressors do work on airsoft gun both aeg and gassers.

as mentioned on an AEG the supressors take the "higher freq sound" out of the report giving
a substancially reduced noise for the opposition to zero in on.

on a gas gun they do the job even better.
this is my Mac11 with and without a KJW 5inch supressor.

Thanks for the info guys!

Heres a peak at my one and only (for now?)

Velocity Arms sportsline (plastic, part metal by Classic Army) Firefox 8.4v 1500 mAh battery, King Arms threaded barrel end, and you know the silencer.
