G&G aluminum slide and outer barrel
 

just picked up this accessory for my G19. Very nicely constructed. But after installation I noticed that the ejection port on the slide or the barrel must be sanded down abit. They were machined to tight, that there is no room for error when completing the blowback action. I will do further inspection and update everyone. :tup:

Update: did a bit of sanding, ran 2 mags thru it. works mint now. Doesn't have the same kick and sound as a full metal kit, but still pimp never the less. Can't wait to get a silencer for it now :-D

nice.. what does it sound like now? im thinking more of a ceramic sound clank.. instead of a clink from the normal taiwan metal slide. (thats what i have on my G19)

oh i was going to show you the G26 with steel slide kit and upgrades =)
but you had a smoke and looked like you were in a hurry to put the slide onto your pistol =)

I love my G&G G19 slide kit... I put the AAC Scorpion 9mm suppressor replica on it and it looks, performs and sounds great. Now to find a longer inner barrel to run through it...

nocturnal: haha yah man... been so busy at work, getting that slide kit was like a special treat.. lol Oh yah sounds way different then a steal slide, and yah you're right. Sound more like ceramic than clank clank.
