On the most recent order I have placed the bulk of the order was short shipped.

The order sat un-sent for a week in your warehouse and I had to log back into my account to see that most of the product had not left.

None of the stated offers regarding this situation are acceptable.

1) price of all product not sent to be fully refunded. I will not wait for an un-stated date for the product to be restocked in the future.

2) cost of freight to be fully refunded. Freight is pro-rated by the weight of the shipment. Since the bulk of the shipment was held back the pre-paid freight was too high.
