Shimming SR16 Motor Problem

sr16 wiring
yes it is a pain in the axx to fit the motor into the M4/M16 grip. Based on our experience, all wires must go from the rear side of the grip to the motor.

The wires need to run inside the grooves on the rear interior of the pistol grip.

they are right body, it is common to retry 3 to 4 time to replace the wire.
push them with your finger or a tool to be sure they are contourning the motor hole and that the spring of the motor wont touch them. Then let them run on the rear of the pistol grip. It should have a groove there. Then before placing the spacer and the butt cap be sure by pressing the motor down the hole that it fully release when you remove your finger. If not, replace the wire, it wont work. Now when you put the cap, look for the wire to not get in the butt cap groove path. I could not be more clear, or can i? |
well said
its a common and overlooked problem as I said in another thread on here, a new grip to replace the shitty TM one can help. |
