Adjust your motor height.

ON you tube, there are some examples of guys adjusting their motor heights by sound. You can hear what it sounds like if a motor gets out of adjustment. ( for any reason).
Listen and see if its sounds like yours.

Did you reinstall the motor plate? Often falls and sticks to the side of the motor when putting the motor cover/door back on.

Coach is right, Also its easy to get a wire between the motor and the bottom of the pistol grip causing the motor to be in too far.

did you run both wires to the back of the grip?

I adjusted the motor height and the major wine is gone but there seems to be a small one still. I have one wire running down the front and one down the back of the motor.

both should be run to the back of the grip, having one on either side changes your angle of engagement on the gears and might damage your pinion gear
