Ok so before everyone starts telling me to buy a CA or an RS, YES an RS is my end goal. But since nobody makes an svds at the moment and it was cheap on cabelas I grabbed one for the novelty. I wanna try to make it as least crappy tire as possible though so I was wondering if anyone has had any success? Particularly with getting A&K midcaps to fit?

Those guns have the shittiest hopup systems i've ever seen in my life. and that is a staple piece to what makes a sniper rifle.

Do your best with what you can get, A barrel and a hopup sleeve is really as far as you can get with them,

Lame.. Im trying to hold onto the hope that I can replace the internals somehow, if I manage to do it ill post a thread on how-to-make-it-less-shitty lol

Mind the safety, and do something with the pin holding the trigger group in. Far as I can tell, if the latter fails, the former does too. I can't get the safety lever to engage the trigger after I removed it.
