Judging by the shoulder pads.... CIRAS?

that was my first guess too
but the problem is Armor Chassis Gen 2, SPCs, RAVs all share the same trait, so im having a hard time identifying it

It looks like it's got 3 mags on the front panel if that helps.

Too small to be a CIRAS.
