EBairsoft (ebaybanned) troubles

I ordered 4 pmag 30gs a fastmag pistol set and a set of ATACS BDUs from them. For some reason, they sent 2 different packages. When the packages arrived 1 had 3 of the pmags, and the other had the fastmags and a note saying they split the order to reduce tax. I e-mailed Jesse asking him when I could expect the rest of the order to be shipped to which he replied "we will ship your rest item ASAP". 4 days later, no tracking number, no date on when they are being shipped, and now he's not responding.

Has anyone ever got the note about tax, and what do you think should be my next move? Any help is appreciated.

Wait a week then do as you please. The real reason why you didn't get you last mag is more likely because they're out of stock. This happens all the time when you deal with Ebair. Just be glad you got most of your order, sometimes they make you wait a month for stock to come in.

yup he split it so you pay less taxes .
he does get it right be persistsant. and in every email say what is missing.

Thanks allot guys, I thought I was going to have to start a dispute. They normally have good service with 2 weeks shipping and this was a little out of the ordinary.

All my EB orders have always worked out, and if anything was wrong they fixed it in a heartbeat.

Sometimes they literally take weeks to ship, but they always send you your stuff... you just have to be veeeery patient once in a while.

Conker May 30th, 2012 21:58

Exactly. They can be insanely slow, but you will get your stuff eventually. Just don't order if you're in a hurry.

Ditto. Very pleased with Ebay.

I just placed an order about two weeks or so ago.
Still waiting for it to clear customs but when they shipped the stuff they put a note saying they would ship the ComtacsII separately. As said earlier, most probably because they were out of stock.

Yesterday I sent an email asking when they expect to be able to ship the remaining item. Answer was "Will send tacking number later" ... Yeah, not quite the answer I was looking for, but knowing it's common practice in china, I'll just wait. I just hope it won't take 3 weeks before they restock those things :P

*This is not a complaint or anthing, just wanted to chime in*

So, I was about to buy +500$ from them, should I go away from them or are they still recommended?

They are slow but reliable... BUT, at 500$ you probably overpay for shipping with Ebairsoft. They are nice when you need only one or two pieces, but I have found that when buying a lot of stuff, it's always cheaper to go with other stores like RedWolf or eHobby Asia. Their "free shipping" is actually part of the item price, and their stuff is often priced higher than other stores who charge you shipping.

Buy local or at least try too first .

I stopped buying from them after two rather large orders were missing items I needed. I let them know, and ended up waiting 6 weeks for a refund. I actually had to get quite short with them in order to get results. They may have good deals and free shipping, but I'd rather pay extra at WGC and be sure I'm actually going to get my product or a refund in a timely manner.

When they run out of stock, they send whatever they have in stock and send the rest in another package, a lot of places in Asia do that

I did an order a few months ago with them, only got one item out of the five I ordered, when I sent a message about it, they basically said "oops" and when I told them to send out the remaining items, they sent me a tracking number, but it turned out to be an old tracking number from my previous order.
Suffice it to say, after a month of constant emails and no package, it turned into a paypal dispute.
