one question, if a gun that I want to order is over 366+ fps, but if it looks like exact ak-47, would it be illegal for it to cross the border and will it be confiscated? Or does the 366+fps counteract all laws?

That JG will not make it over the border. The link you posted quotes a range of fps. That's not good enough for the CBSA.

I strongly recommend that you get a summer job and earn a few bucks, get AV'd before you consume any more time of the kind folks of this forum.

I'm going to say put up your location too. You will get some better feedback about what is going on in your area when you do that.
