Upgrades to KWA USPC Tactical
 

I have a KWA USPC Tactical that I'd like to upgrade with enhanced spring and tightbore inner barrel. However, I have found it difficult to find the correct after-market parts specifically for this model.

Can anyone here advise me if any of the other KWA/KSC parts are interchangeable or equivalent with this model?

kwas already come with what most would consider a tightbore barrel, I believe they are 603s. there are very few upgrade parts for kwa pistols because very few are needed.

All KWA and KSC parts are 100% interchangeable. As long as it's System7 parts going into NS2 parts or vice versa. Old system you have to find the right model on those old systems.

As far as upgrade parts, it's already a TBB. I believe it's a 6.05 or something (or maybe lurking knight is right and it's 6.03 I don't own any new KSC's and I don't even know what the bore size is on my KSC Glock) opposed to stock TM which is 6.08.

Looks like Action makes a bunch of upgrades for the KSC USPC. Enhanced hammer springs and recoil springs.

Anyways KSC = KWA and it's all 100% compatible (especially Sys7 and NS2 versions).

I hear the hammer spring just wears out the gun faster, would probably advise against it. One thing you may want to look into is finding a replacement trigger from a real HK pistol as the triggers on these things are known to break. Had one happen to me just this week. Also, RA tech sells a steel threaded outer barrel for the P10 which I hear is interchangeable with the outer barrel of your USPC. Prime also used to sell steel slides for the USPC, but no longer =(. I'd sell my left kidney to get one.

IIRC Enhanced hammer spring just allows you to run Propane in the summer due to the higher pressure from higher ambient temps. Basically it will allow the hammer to hit the mags gas valve "properly" when it's hot outside and you're using propane.

Also IIRC it also does slightly increase FPS but I'm not sure if it's because you can use it in the summer now or from just hitting the valve harder or for a slightly longer period of time. Not sure if it affects wearing the gun faster but it might since it IS higher tension on that one part and it'll affect the rest of the system and whatnot.

Also I think you may have metal rocket valves in the NS2 KWA's but if not then get one when you have the chance mainly because the plastic ones are known to break (although my KSC Glocks rocket valve hasn't yet).
