(Request) AT-4 Blueprints

I wanna make and publish an airsoft AT-4 plan (and the launcher too :D) based on the Madbull 40mm grenade... But first, I wanna spare me some work and check if someone done it before me... Anyone? Or just detailed pics of the 40mm grenade and of the grenade launcher may help me a lot!

I did a quick look around the torrent trackers I frequent for graphic design for a 3d model, no dice.

Depending on what software you have/are familiar with, 3d models or cad models might give you the reference material you need.

Spent tubes can also be found in the US, though I'm pretty sure it would be a total clusterfuck to import.

Google "AT4 airsoft" for various build projects.

I think Huang once posted a mold of a DIY AT-4 project as an April Fool's joke. Might be helpful.

You hit it right on.
All DICE games use 40mm shells that are modelled after airsoft 168rnd shells.
You could even pull the AT4 from one of the BF games... A little scalling to do, but the modeling would be mostly done.
