Dea?

Alright, well it's been about 10 weeks since I've heard from anyone at DEA. I've sent off several emails and I've called the number on the site. If anyone has any information as to whats going on, it would be greatly appreciated.

i thought rangers and DEA are the same and that it doesn matter who u contact??

RAS_Jackson June 20th, 2005 16:12

:) not really but Rangers and DEA are different. We work closely together,
but DEA and Rangers airsoft have seperate owners. Randy is Double Edge airsoft.
and Jackson (me) Rangers Airsoft.

Oddjob June 20th, 2005 17:38

Its not any differently with Rangers tho Jackson. E-mail and phone message are both unanswered. :/

Suspect187 June 20th, 2005 17:40

not true. I get responses every time.

Oddjob June 20th, 2005 17:50

Might not be true for you but it is for me. Dunno, guess he doesnt want my money.

SEALs June 20th, 2005 18:51

Probably  No seriously I always get answer to my email within 24 hrs. Call him around 1:00pm eastern time most of the time someone is there to answer you.

the end June 20th, 2005 23:08

ive always had good response times with rangers and dea, always within the next day
just keep sending emails and calling them
clay is a really nice guy and he has always helped me out with a smile :)

Cervantes June 20th, 2005 23:11

Thank's for all the input guys, the problem has been resolved.

firemachine69 June 20th, 2005 23:14

Tried a few times. If I don't get an answer either by phone or email by Tuesday, I guess it'll be 007 (maybe Tru) who'll get my money. ;)

Either DEA or RAS, hit me up, I'm waiting for a reply on my order. I've got 750$ burning in my bank account. :D

It's a very busy season for all airsoft retailers. Even my supplier in HK is hard to get a hold of.

I think the best idea is if you can't get a hold of them on the phone, just send them an email and I'm sure they'll get back to you in a timely manner :)

I've been missing a ton of calls myself; it's never on purpose and sometimes it might not be appropriate to call customers back ;)
