Yes it is, but they may not ship out of the US.

Drake December 12th, 2011 03:17

Well that's misleading: their help/FAQ insinuates they ship internationally and you can pick your country when you create your account, but upon testing it you can only pick the US as a country.

Maybe contact em and see.

Otherwise isn't One Shot Tactical supposed to be some kind of KAC dealer in Canada? If you're one of the lucky people who can manage to coax a reply out of em, you might be able to see if they can order one.

IIRC the urx system is export restricted being a military issued system. You would need an end user certificate to buy one.

Weapon accessories such as rail systems, etc. are not allowed to be exported outside of the US.

I went though the same process with trying to get my hands on a VTAC Battle Rail.

Try to source your gear within Canada if possible...

Well even though weapon accessories are not allowed to be exported out of the US, you could always find a contact within the states to purchase it for you, then have it shipped to you.

My Brother Noveske has been doing this for a while now, since he lives in Hong Kong, its hard to get your hands on real steel accessories, thus sourcing it from the states is what most people do. He has a contact somewhere in the states who sends him Real steel parts.

Oh and He installed the KAC URX-3 on a VFC SR-16 :),replicating the Chris Costa URX-3 Build

Are you offering to help? Or are you just telling me this? :P Cuz i really want one of those rails :D

Just because your sending your items to a second source - doesn't mean the item/s will not get seized at the border.

If it slips through - you got lucky, but you are taking a big risk.

All the above is in direct violation of ITAR. If the Dept of State ever found out about that the exporter can face substantial fines and/or prison. If it is "not allowed", that should be a clue that it is against the law.

Wanna sneak it across the border? Sure CBSA doesn't care about AR rails, but if the US Border Patrol decided to inspect you before going back into Canada.....

People still do it, but it doesn't mean you should openly advocate flouting DoS law on an open forum.

As far as I know, URX3 is not legal for export yet. I pay a premium for mine :)
