Has anyone tried WE M4 Open Bolt(chamber) yet?
 

I've been holding off getting a WE M4 for a while until some opinions were out about how the open bolt works vs. the closed bolt.

I am particularility interested in if the kickback is better, and if the sound is better, open vs closed. Looking for the enjoyment of more realism.

does anyone know if the M4's will be avail in canada in straight open bolt, or should i be looking to get a closed system now, and the upgrade kit later?

I'm getting my M16A1 VN today. Will let you know my finding when i test the gbbr at a game.

I did ask if anyone here has tried it, and yes while there are some very sparse reviews available on other sites through google, none had answered my particular questions.

I find it dissappointing that a forum made for the canadian airsoft community has to come with so much attitude, if this is not the appropriate place to have discussions and receive opinions from others in canada, then where is? Or should i always be using the newbie thread?

As far as attitude goes, all I have to say is that the concerns you raised in the OP we're easily answerable by searching the thread Shakal posted and snooping around the current retailers.

Corcerning discussion, again there is a master thread for everything concerning WE rifles, you just have to go through it.
