Isn't that supposed to be the AUGA3XS or something like that? Its actually based off of the real thing despite the full mag and its sheer, excessive amount of ugly.

AUG A3 Para XS. It's a 9mm submachine gun. I guess TM got lazy not make new magazines for it.

seriously though, just for this even if I loved AUG (I don't, they're not my thing) that would make me not buy it.

It's just the 12.5" compact version of the A3, which the AUGA3XS is based off.

Agreed that rail adapter is horrid... otherwise, looks perfect.

P.S.

Even the old A1 9mm could be quickly and easily converted to fire 5.56, 9mm is mainly an option for law enforcement where over penetration is a concern vs military where its practically a requirement.

As an AUG purist I have to respectfully disagree, That looks more like a A2 with a Brugger&Thomet rail system... sorta.
