Airsoftt Central Extreme Precision BB's

At OP: Drug Bust I had a chance to test out each weight of BB at a various ranges in comparison to other BBs.

I am going to start by saying that I am a BB Bastard lover, I have not used a single other BB at a game unless forced to since Bastards came out. I have no invested interest in AC-EPS or Bastard, just a normal user.

I can say I was presently surprised by the consistent accuracy of each weight of BB. The only thing I wish I could have done was get a chronograph reading for each compared to a bastard.

Kross and I sat down and took a sample from 4 different BBs that we had on hand. Armist, EPS, Bio Bastard and Bastard all in 0.25g. I can say I was honestly surprised in the results when we cut them in half. We did try a few other LOW quality Chinese crap BBs that just shattered into pieces when I tried to cut them in half.

From Left to Right in case you can't read the labels. Armist, EPS, Bio Bastard, Bastard.

I can say it was quite surprising to see that bastard bios were more consistent to have the "hole" in the middle in all of them, where bastard normal's did not have one, just tons of little holes.

Accuracy was something that I noticed a significant difference in. I was shooting a fairly standard 2 inch grouping from 25 meters with bastards. My groupings dropped to 1.75 inches when using EPS. Distance was about the same with EPS maybe going another foot or so.

I still have some testing to do on each weight, but so far I am very pleased with the results I have seen. As stated, I wish I could have gotten a chronograph reading.

I will update once I get some more product from both Bastard and EPS in my hands to try out.

ive been using the .2s in my we M4 for a month or so, after about 3500 BBs i have had only 2 jams, each cleared by just tugging the bolt and letting it go back to battery again, and accuracy has been far above what I would expect from .2s
none of these BBs have air bubbles, and when you crush them with pliers, they flatten out, and dont crumble like other BBs do

Today I gamed the .23's I had 3 jams, and groupings were not what i had hoped, but that is probably user error. All and all I found them to be good bb's but not anything noticeably better. I do recommend these BB's but myself will likely use bastard majority of the time.

Where did you buy them from, and do they make any bios ?

Jackals July 31st, 2011 22:19

They don't have their bio's in stock yet. I got mine from Kross (Rick) at Petawawa Airsoft at the game day. Their website should be up sometime this week.

I bought mine from Ponyone from Team Eco on the game day, I just told him I want them before hand.

I know I am necro'ing an old post, but who/where can we get these Airsoft Central BBs? the website on the pictures of the BB bags says "airsoftcentral.ca" but that site is not up (yet).

You have to contact kross directly I was able to get 3 bags before christmas so he's still dealing them, I guess the site isn't ready yet, it was up for a bit in the summer and now it's been down for a while for a redesign.

He sent along a few samples of he bios that should be ready next season.

I've had great luck with .25 ACs in terms of accuracy, and only a few issues with 1 brand of mags (CA m14 midcap) that would not feed properly, but they've fed flawlessly in just about every other mag (g&g highcap/lowcap, p90 lowcaps and midcaps) and they've all fed fine and shot very consistent.

I love that they never shatter on impact with hard surfaces like the bastards and KSC perfects I've used.

Brayden January 6th, 2012 19:53

I had jams with them, from what I hear they jam with some guns and not with others. Bastards for me.

w1lp33 January 6th, 2012 20:08

I've had issues with these in my Masada, my m249, and they were a nightmare in my ptw... Work ok in my pistols tho.

GRIM January 6th, 2012 20:40

They worker great in all my guns. Never had issues of misfeed. I had issues with Armist before.

tygr701 January 6th, 2012 21:47

They chopped up into pieces and got into the gearbox of my teammate Deltafree's Systema PTW. Don't know how it well it works in some other guns but I've heard mixed reviews.

Curo January 7th, 2012 01:57

I'd use them again if I was in a tight spot. Seems to be a decent BB that if I was out of ammo and needed decent BB's I wouldn't say no. But bastards are my first choice still. I couple more jams and my harder shooting Masada doesn't seem to be 100 percent with them. No problem in my SCAR-L though (387fps in the Masada v.s. 320 fps in the SCAR-L)

GRIM January 7th, 2012 04:46

Personally I love my King Arms. Never had issues in any gun :-)
