tactical vest help

Hey guys, what do you think of this vest.

http://cgi.ebay.ca/Tactical-Military...item3f0b72ccf8

Its Molle and load bearing which are good right? Just worried about enough storage of extra mags. Would you guys get it? Any sudgestions? Just starting on in airsoft so this would be just to start.

Maybe you should buy a vest that you actually know the brand of. That ad isn't even labeled with what kind of vest it is. That leads me to believe it's a cheap, non-durable chinese one.

true....I was thinking that thanks for the input

Which brand? Model? Link?

Beware buying cheap chinese shit. IF you like your house smelling like a chinese chemical factory for weeks (not exaggerating either) then go with the 30 dollar vests. I bought one for a costume for halloween, big mistake. Still find some things reeking of chemicals now and then when I pull them out of my closet.

FullClip is good. A little pricey but worth it. As stated above, things are cheap for a reason. Although appealing from a price point you almost always regret it and in the long run end up spending more. $100-200 for a good vest. NEVER cheap out on your gun and your vest (and your women ;)).

I'd mirror the warning about the clone of a clone cheapo stuff. I found one once that was "just right" so far as the specs went (i.e. had MOLLE, hydration sleeve, built-in pouches, etc, etc....). And the price was really nice compared to name brand stuff.

Well...2 games into it and it was falling appart. Stitching was coming loose, snaps were unriveting, etc... Took up more space in the bottom of the junk bin than it was worth.

More than a few rigs later....and for the extra $50-100 I'd rather have a namebrand real rig.

Ya all very true glad I posted here and got good advice. The vest I bought is a real German army style. Used but in excellent condition. has lots of storage withe removable parts for more less. Got it from a local army surplus store. Looked it up online and found its kinda rare not super rare but rare. So the $125 for it was a steal IMO :)
