WE 1911 full custom - Introducing the new beadblast finish!
 

Nierbee graciously donated his WE 1911 to do a full custom two tone project.

First we sandblasted EveryTHING. A nice clean slate:

Then we powder coated the slide in ultra matt black. Also very very durable for gaming!

Then bead blasted the frame and sealed that with flat clear.

Then we added a set of his custom cut wood grips, and my beautiful laser engraving...just as a test fit for now, design to change.

Average cost of this $40. Add engraving for as little as $10

I am so pleased with this build that I am doing it on my realSteel.

Engraving pics to come! (once he decides if he wants an STI? or maybe a Para? options are endless!)

anyone want to donate to the cause a 1911 slide?

I can do a full wrap graphic printed directly on the slide or any sort of full colour markings etc.

also have a new YAG laser that can achieve depth in to aluminum, cost cutting. the cnc routing expensive is a thing of the past!
