OTW shirts
How are these things? How's the wear on 'em? etc.
|
They are cooler under armour, but moskitos bite trough like they where not there.
Make sure you get a real one that is not flamable. The typical copys melt close to open flames. |
I was going to get one from CP Gear.

I knoe people who wore the CP Gear OTW shirts the whole tour with no problems. a tad bit dirty mind you but they held up good.

CP Gear OTW shirts are good to go, lots of guys wear them overseas, seen some guys wear them in the field in Canada too.
They hold up good, I;ve only heard a complant when they first came out about the stitching coming out on some shirts(where the drimax is sewn on the CADPAT). But that problem AFAIK has been resolved. |
I found that the arms fade pretty quick, and the pockets on the arms are a little weird at first because of how they're positioned.
Nonetheless, they're VERY comfortable as long as you don't get one that's too big, because I'm 6'2" and weigh about 180lbs, and I found that the Small size was a perfect fit body-wise, and the arms & shoulders were SUPER loose. It keeps you cool, but the seams are pretty heavy, so the shoulders and upper sleeves kept flopping around and chafing my shoulders. Still way nicer than a typical button/zip-up combat/BDU shirt though. |
Nice, now the question is ARID or TW :P
|
Support the Canadian Economy, buy both :p
|
Now that's an IDEA!
