It should work. I had a basic BOL smart charger and it worked fine for a few months before it stopped working under normal use. I would never buy a BOL branded product again.

I got a Piranha Peak charger from eBay for 25$ shipped.

Check also for the Imax B6.

http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/bb-batter...e-charger.html It can charge lipos so you're set for the future. It's best to invest in a good charger now than risk destroying your batteries.

Easy, but not from ehobby.

It is the big brother of that charger you posted, for cheaper and not a rebrand... straight from the original factory.

Looks like it doesn't have a slot for 2 cell lipos, which means you're SOL if you want to properly balance 7.4v batteries.

Kos-Mos March 20th, 2011 00:23

Nope, you can plug the 2 cells into any bank, or buy the adapter they are selling. The plugs are all connected to the same board, so when plugging a 3 cells, it's like plugging it in the 6 cells balancer plug but with the extra wires left unconnected.
