Velocity Arms Hours of Operation?

I attepted to contact Velocity Arms (www.torontoairsoft.com) via phone but was unable to contact someone. I followed up with an email and messaged Karnage through the ASC PM. I am very interested in purchasing from this retailer but can't seem to get a response. I was wondering if they had any specific hours of operation, nothing was stated on their website, so I figured maybe one of you veterans would know? Any information would be appreciated!

im pretty sure he's online only. if you search through his site you will find retailers of his products.

ive bought from him many times now and never had any issues! just order from the site and it will be delivered

Thanks for the info, only problem is that what Im interested in is is apparently out of stock, thus the reason for contact. Thanks again for your reply.

He has a brick and mortar store but does not have regular hours for it. If he didn't respond it's most likely that he is busy.

Thanks for the reply. Figured as such, just wanted to basically confirm that they are still open/operational. Anyone know how I can put an order in if the website states out of stock? Or do they not do that?

Normally on webstores you can't do that. That's why it's marked out of stock.

Man Frank is always there i swear he lives there.. If i need a red dot at 2 am i can just give him a ring and you know he is going to be there..

If he hasn't responded to your email yet then it's probably for a good reason, i.e. he's busy. I have never had a problem and always had a very quick response from Frank (24 to 48 hours). Be patient, he'll get back to you...his customer service is fantastic.

As for out of stock items... I find using the alerts very useful. It's the fastest way of finding out when something is in stock and then I usually jump on the store site right away and order it.

Regards
