0.30g

BBBastard, Madbull

Silica BBs (Bioval, BBBastard) are very accurate/tough...but if you get a jam in the action something other than the BB is going to take a beating.

Silica's for absolutely sure. Non-human targets, very hard, highly reactive on contact with the target - lots of fun, and the same price as .28g mid weights in plastic. And if you're unhappy with them, you can return it and we'll swap it out with another of our line of your choice.

If you ever come up to the island, we can meet or you can swing by. And you'll save shipping!

since its a glass BB, it wont deform, so it runs a risk of damaging the gun, whereas a plastic BB will dent and deform and be easier on the gun

Whenever you get a jam with normal plastic bb's usualy the bb breaks from the force. However with Silica's, they are harder than your nozzel, and thus if you get a jam, the nozzel is going to break long before the bb.

waltherglocksmith October 9th, 2010 10:52

so it is better to use normal white plastic bb to avoid gun failure in case of jam?

Amos October 9th, 2010 13:03

I'm gonna refute that "silica is harder on a jam" idea..

I've seen MANY GBB' break the loading nozzles from regular BB's jamming.

The idea that because silica wont get pushed through the hop-up because it's harder is a little silly...
