Definitely VFC, better externals, better internals.

I've had the G&G and although I was very happy with it, I would say go for the VFC.

Or get AV'd, you'll have plenty of choices.

VFC 416, better yet get age verified and get the Umarex 416. VFC will no longer make 416 due to trademarks. Umarex is the same as VFC though, they just bought the name and continued their production instead.
