Installing resistor in Replica Bowman Headset
 

Does anyone know the specifics to install a resistor in the replica Bowman headsets? Even with my radio volume all the way down it is WAYY too loud.

I've googled but haven't come up with any instruction/diagrams/resistor specifics.

Can't help specifically, but don't restrict your search to the Bowman specifically.
Run a general search for in-line headphone attenuation/attenuator.
