Take the C-clip out with grip ring pliers from the rear and it slides out.

What brand is your carry handle?

SRC scopes are glued in place (found it today on mine since the adjustments where locked in place) The rubber seal is glued to the scope tube and to the plastic frame. Once you removed it it won't hold in place properly.

ARES/Star or CA are removable properly.
Remove the adjustment screws
Remove the front rubber
Remove the rear rubber
Depending on the brand, you might have to remove a locking ring at the rear. My Star did'nt have one
Remove the scope tube from the rear. Carefull not to lose the two springs that keep pressure on the adjustement screws.

I managed to fix the SRC scope.

In the end, a plastic scrap was getting in the way of the treads for the set screw.

A tiny drop of CA glue (crazy glue) on the bottom of the scope tube and scope housing holds it in place properly.

I also installed two springs between the scope housing and the carry handle. They push the scope tube toward the adjustment screw to help hold it in place. The scope now zeros perfectly at 50', 100' and 150'.

I have replaced the carry handle with a flat-rail and an adjustable scope, but it is nice to know that it now works properly.
