hi capa warn down slide
 

hey so i have a WE dragon hi-capa and the slide catch is really warn down so it doesnt lock back when the mag is empty, how can i fix this?

any help is much appretiated.

You can be lucky and find the slide alone in stock at some china retaillers... of just buy a complete gun and have then ship everything beside the frame.

I think he meant the slide catch.

You can buy replacement slide catches pretty much anywhere, in all sorts of different varieties / models.

Pretty much any hi-capa slide catch meant for a TM should work.

Had a dragon. The way the slide is designed makes the slide catch tear down the slide locking hole... The slide catch I have never seen it wear enough to cause issues.. but the slide, yes. The WE slides are the worst there is. Mine catched about 10 times, then it was slipping from time to time until it did not hold at all after 50 or so mags.

If you really want to keep the look of the Dragon, you can only source a new WE slide that will break again.

You can also have a custom slide made by Illusion. That will be around 600-700$ just for the slide (asked already).
