CT Crosman Soft Air Goggles - Same style legit make?

1 Attachment(s)
I've been looking at pages of airsoft goggles this evening and came across the Canadian tire Crosman Soft Air Goggles, obviously I wouldn't buy these for safety reasons and I've read the reviews, but I really like the way they look, they have that sort of aviator/swat rounded look to them.

The closest I've come to a legit looking pair are the Guarder C5's for $49

Can anyone recommend a similar style but a legit make?

See pic below.

Not exactly what you were looking for, but they're at least compact, and have the "swat" look to them.

Ya considering the XT800's which look exactly the same as those.

I've also found these Bolle Chronosoft's. They have the look I want but Im still looking to see if they can take an airsoft bb impact or greater.

Be careful with Eyewear.

It's easy to write down that goggles are solid & safe in an item description.

Still, you don't know what you're buying.

Especially with Eyewear, buy from respected brands. You have 2 eyes, that's it.

Ya..the more I read it starts to become less of an aesthetically pleasing search and more of a safety one.

Doesn't Bolle have a good rep tho? This brand seems to have what im looking for in the chronosoft model and commando model

one way to test... shoot em. One game I was at someone wore a balaclava and goggles, he was lucky they only cracked....

Yes, but I personnaly wouldn't trust Ebairsoft's.

You can't know if you're really buying Bolle, or replicas.

with that price tag, I just can't believe it could be the real deal.

Don't forget that lower costs are from of course, cheaper manpower, but also cheaper materials, and less quality control.

The best way to test them, as Foxhunter said is to shoot them point blank with a hot gun.

Ha that was my buddy UrbanBurrito. But I had the same pair and we light it up with my We M9 370 FPS at 15 feet and a UZI TM and it exploded!.

I'll never cheap out on my eyes.

Those crosmans are made to stand up against the shitsoft that is also made by crosman and sold at CT

protip:

If it's being sold in the glass case with the crapsoft, don't buy it!

Bolle X800s seem to be a nice bet.

anyone off hand know which site has them for the cheapest? redwolfairsoft has them for $46.50 right now.

I use the bolle T800s and find them to be very durable and excellent quality.

I found this as the third listing on google.

If shipping is cheap then you have yourself a fantastic deal. Although $46.50 plus shipping isnt a bad deal either. I originally paid almost $90CAD with shipping.

If you are interested in more googling I would suggest searching with the keywords "Bolle t800" as that will yield the correct product.

Ahhh I was putting in x800.

$19.95 for them on that site you posted! Wow. Except Im having a problem adding to cart in IE & Opera browser :(

TokyoSeven June 15th, 2010 00:34

No issues for myself on IE or Firefox.

I'm sure you will find a good place to make your purchase. I skimmed through quite a few online websites and found prices ranging from 19-40 dollars USD without shipping.

Best of luck.
