Contract, land access agreement?
 

I am trying to gain access to a new field. This new field is on private land and the owner is ok with the idea, but would like some sort of contract so he won’t, (less likely) to be sued if somebody rolls an ankle in a gopher hole or gets shot in the mouth and looses a tooth.

Does anybody out there have a land access agreement they wouldn’t mind sharing? Since waivers seem to be useless in this country.
