G&P WA lower complete set importation??
 

I've been planning to order one of these from airsoftglobal but my friends have been giving me mixed answers regarding the importation of the item. I'm feeling a little paranoid about getting this stuff seized. Can someone here give me a definite answer if this item is able to make it through customs?

Have you tried contacting someone at the CBSA about this? Always better to hear it from the horses mouth, than the horses ass.

Personally I don't see anything that is forboden in that set so I'd like to say that you should be good to go, but then again the CBSA had detained mechboxes in the past. Call the CBSA if you want the closest thing to a definite answer.

I ordered the prime one before which is the same, got it openeed, never stop more than a week. The prime one has it say For toy gun only.

Also in Canada only firearm parts that's control is Receiver, Magazine, (full capacity) and barrel length (less than 105mm)

I said receiver because every firearm is different. Scar and mp5 are upper like p90 and Tommy gun

But you can generally saw lower reciever, as most of the "disputed" items that people here are trying to sneak into the country are indeed M4 receivers.

Anyway, this fellow should be fine to bring these items in.

As for the thread goes, I stated already cbsa open my package and release it when I import it from boom arms(I'm suspecting it's the declaration value as boomarms place an $600 order as $80

I ordered that from RedWolf, got it opened, but nothing was seized. Hope that helps.

They detain the upper reciever on some Submachine guns.
