Hey, who knows the Russian sizing?

I know of Soviet propaganda's chart, but it says nothing about the mysterious 1-8 sizing i see else where.

Any help on this mystery would be great.

The -1 -2 -3 -4 -5 -6, etc numbers are height, equal to -164cm -170cm, etc. I'm almost 6' 2", so I'm between a -4 and a -5.
