Understanding CF BDU sizing
 

I noticed the numbers were listed as 4 digits (ie. 7330)

-- How do these numbers relate to sizing?

First two digits are height, second two are waist or chest respectively.

In inches.

What about the boot sizing?

for the boots the first 3 digits are the length and the second 3 are the width
