Gun aquisition?

Hey guys,

Just wondering what websites you acquire your airsoft guns from, for example which US or HK sites you like to use?

I personally like RedWolf airsoft, my orders always come in on time. Very prompt service. Excellent A++

You don't live canada do you?

People who have a basic understanding about airsoft and importation generally refrain from ordering airsoft guns from outside of the country due to airsoft guns being a prohibited import item.

People generally buy from in country online retailers or from this websites age verified +18 only buy and sell section.

Here is a link to more information in regards to airsoft importation.

A joke? My last two orders (1x TM AK-74M, 1x CA M15) came through with zero problems. I even had customs inpections tape all over the packaging. Although there were obvious signs of tampering with the materials inside.

@Eien:

As a matter of fact, I do.

surprising to say the least that they actually passed the customs inspections

Its not uncommon for an airsoft gun to occasionally make it past customs and into the hands of someone who ordered from outside the country without knowing. I am definitely not going to deny that it happens because the truth is that it does occur occasionally where an item gets through. In the end its all up to the inspecting border services agents discretion. More often than not airsoft guns and other prohibited replica like devices will be seized.

I'm definitely not advocating that anyone go out and gamble and try to get a gun across.

Also for the fact you could get blacklisted by the customs. So, getting all your packages, in & out of country checked.

And your packages containing restricted items being destroyed.

It's your call, but I bet the Custom Agent that will destroy your gun one day is going to have alot of fun with your 500+$ order.

I'll guess I'm on the CBSA's blacklist, I tried to order one in the past, as the fist crapsoft I bought in US came across, then the G36 from oversea didn't make it. Since most of my packages are wrapped up in yellow tape written CBSA opened. I might have been lucky as my QD silencer came across, but it had no foam inside though.

Boyso March 31st, 2010 21:41

I don't know if it can be called luck tho.

I don't know for you guys, but I don't like having all my packages opened, and verified :P

CP is already slow enough to my taste.

Ok.. Now that pretend time is over.

Welcome to Airsoft Canada. Check out the Stickies in the newbie area and I highly suggest you FAQ yourself thoroughly before posting too much, so that you can answer questions you might have for yourself. (because learning is fun).

Also I strongly suggest you get out to a game and get age verified, it will go along way toward your understanding of the sport in general and how our community works. Also it will give you access to area's of the forums you cannot see at the moment.

All in all. Welcome to ASC, I hope your stay is a pleasant one.
