I dealt with him a while back, he's slow on comms but he came through

I've delt with Lykurgus, yeah, given his job he's out of comms regularly, but he won't stiff you and is a very stand up guy.

no worries with him, Pat got a crazy work schedule.

As other users have mentioned there's zero worry you won't get your stuff. Comms can be slow but he'll definitely follow through.
