I happened to find this through random browsing for gear, so though I might as well post this if someone wants to do this loadout...

Looks like it could be done with American gear.
The greens look like a Taiwanese version of the old OG107s.
The large pattern helmet cover seems to be the piece most difficult to obtain.

many Taiwanese Military Surplus store still have those left over gears.
