what holster will fit my 5.1

i have a tm 5.1 hi capa. just curious if anyone knows if it will fit in any of the molded holsters. i know there is no real steal model, but i was hoping there'd be one that it fit into, besides the cordura. molle type.

I have a drop-leg holster that has a plastic inside/insert that fits Hicappa 5.1's like a glove. I'm looking to sell it too!

with a little modification, a blackhawk serpa holster will fit a hicapa very well.

Dual stack tactical 1911 actually.

All I know is the Fobus molded holster will not fit a Hi-Capa, though it is said will fit a Para P14.45. The frame for the Hi-Capa is too "square"....

so the blackhawk fits? now the clones huang is selling, their blackhawk clones correct, so in theory huangs should fit? can anyone verify this?

The 1911 Blackhawk Serpa is very close to fitting a TM 5.1 Hicapa. The frames and grips are nearly identical except for the right angle at the bottom front of the trigger guard of the Capa.

I fitted my Serpa by Dremelling material out of the trigger guard area and changing the shape of the trigger guard latch so it locked down earlier. Removing mat'l allowed the guard to sink in far enough for the modified latch to engage the trigger guard.

The 1911 Serpa does not fit a 4.3 Capa without further modification. You basically have to saw about 1" from the end of the holster to allow the passage of the integral bottom rail. Once this is done, the end of the pistol pokes out by about an inch which is generally ok since the bottom is open to begin with. My only beef is that it exposes the front sight which could be banged. In retrospect I should have sawn out a notch to clear the bottom but still cover the front sight.
