For a starter like me Pistol+Shield

I just want to know if a pistol and a ballistic shield are good for a airsoft starter like me, i intend to use maybe a mk23 socom fixslide beacause of is gas econnomy

What's the cost of a ballistic shield in AEGs nowadays?

ballistic shield--do not buy kind of ruins the gameplay.:)

pistol is ok with but for the nearly same amount of money you could buy a full size AEG. The gas pistol are great fun though, but their price is so high relative to what you can get for an AEG.

I got to hold a RCMP bullet-proof shield at the Airshow in Abbottsford (spelling... meh) a lil' bit ago. Probably don't wanna carry that around in Airsoft. 60 pounds of un-neededness.

yeah 1.6 does use Sheilds its almost unbeatable Kevlar and Helmet Deagel and Sheild and your set

it's not hard to beat someone with a shield in CS since they can only carry a pistol with it and they can't shoot whole behind the shield. A frag works wonders if you can get someone to pin the guy down in a corner with his shield.
