A SAW @500 FPS is all well and good, but here (Manitoba) The MAA won't let you use it. Not that I would want to be on the buisness end of it anyways.
|
Yes, nice, but how much will they cost?

Awesome, finally an affordable Thompson. Aint it the only option second to Marui for a Thompson AEG?
Think of the 500fps SAW this way - replace the spring with a weaker one, and you have a higher rate of fire at field legal speeds  Cheers, Alex |
Nice, someone else making a P90.

Not to worry anyway, if you come under fire from an LMG just wait till they run out of ammo or their gun breaks down :p |
I too am interested in the thompson.
|
Echo 1 is coming out with a M14 SOCOM, copy of the Marui M14 SOCOM model.
It will be out in 6/6/07. |
Source that has it on Arnies says it only shoots around 400fps. Not sure about it though.
|
Mmmm...P90 lust, is it so wrong?

Does anyone have any info on the rumored MG34 thats supposed to be comming out?
Educated guesses on the part of some people who have JG products coupled with rumors floating around put it at around $300-600, firing around 340-360 fps. Version 3 mech box varient. Loading based on the picture of it similar to the M60 in which around 1200 bb's are loaded into the top of it and are gravity fed as there does not seem to be an assault drum attached. This is all speculation and rumor but makes the MG34 a tasty prospect. THAT AND IT'S A EFFIN MG34!!!! |
"effin"? is that some sort of mineral water?

NO BUT IT'S A VODKA! no word on wether it's "effen" good though... =\ |
Nice
The AMD65 is nice.
|
WGC got them in for 250USD so,
I say they should cost around the price of a normal AEG. There's 3 variants all priced at 250$; the Para m249 the FN Minimi and the m249 mk2 (full stock). Also found some chinese company that only make M14's. http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper...at=KART%20AEGs inb4 N-N-N-NECRO POST |
great!!! just want a m249 for collection~~sweet
|
A&A sells the A&K M249 for around $800
|
im waiting for the China HK 416! Hopefully Echo makes a full metal one:)
|
Cool that they might look, they are MPEGs and will have the same limitations and problems that all MPEGs have.
|
I wish someone besides Inokatso would make a more realistically affordable Israeli galil ARM.

I don't understand why there isn't more interest in the Boyi AK74U/AKS74.
The new ones even have 7mm bearing gearboxes, rather than the original 7mm plastic ones. Plus, the retail price in China is only about $85 for the wood hand guard versions of both. And I feel like putting in my bit about WGC Shop. The online retailers in Hong Kong have significantly higher prices than other retail shops in Hong Kong. Even the small hobby shops have better prices. (I was in Hong Kong a couple days ago and did a little looking around - I live in Shanghai now.) |

I find the Unicorn AKS-74U to be more appealing. Full blued steel construction, oak handguards, and tightbore out of the box. |

The Unicorn sounds nice, but the price is nearly double (the prices I see, not the ones you see - it's closer on those ones). I do like the finish as well. Unicorn doesn't come from the factory with a gearbox or tightbore at all. Most places put the CYMA gearbox in it, and it isn't quite as feature filled as the BOYI, but I guess it is forgivable. Boyi comes with a mediocre battery and sling as well... a plus for a lot of people. As for the hand guard, the second version looks much much nicer. I'm not sure exactly what is new about it, but it certainly looks nicer in my opinion...
