I really do not like doing this... but it has been three weeks and no answer.

I had sent my PM to him 3 weeks ago stating that I would like to purchase his TM slither stock. He sent me a quote for $40 Shipped; he informed me that EMT was not possible with his bank and that PayPal was the best method of payment.

I was not able to send him the money for a few days as I do not have a PayPal account. I had to wait for my father to get home so I could use his.

I have sent him two messages, one confirming payment and one 4 days ago asking for information. It says he has seen both but has not replied.

I just want some info. Does anybody know where he would be? Contact info?

I bought a BB loader from him last year, got the same story. I sent a money order off to him, got the loader a couple weeks later. Only time I dealt with him.

Well I have gotten some contact info for him, I have tried them but there is no answer at the moment. I will try again later on and see what happens.

I got a PM from Lazedout JR at one point, he refered to Lazedout as his older brother. And in a previous conversation (a month before) with Lazedout JR, he mentioned that he had a brother.

True or not? I don't know. However, he had no reason to lie to me.

Brother or not, if his shit goes to far, I think both accounts will be booted.

i was interested in a compleat mechbox he was selling. same thing, no EMT. so he said he would send it COD. that was three weeks ago and the mech box hasnt shown up. i was just going to look else ware seeing as i hadnt actuly paid for any thing. Kyle, if you still out there, id still like the mech box.

i just wanna say Freedom Fighter, thanks for getting involved, its reassuring knowing that if a deal goes awry your not left hangin. What was ever decided about transactions gone bad, are you guys releasing required info to the affiliated parties?

I'll back Joe on this one, he asked me a pile of questions regarding this mechbox, so I am aware of it and his intent to buy it, $45 I think the price was.

Well I tried contacting him tonight with no success. I will try again tomorow and see what happens.
Do I have any other options?
This is my first time that I ever have any problems so I am new at this.

No, worse part is that a very large number aren't fifteen year olds passing off to be adults like on Ebay, but (supposedly) mature, age-verified people.

Leave appropriate feedback people. That's all I've got to say on this subject matter. On that subject people, remember mods can modify feedback if it's very clear the intent was a rip-off scheme, and the feedback was retaliatory.

Keep in mind that before I had troubles with this guy to get my M203 someone else runned into some kind of problem aswell. Which means this is the 3rd time this guy is making people run for their stuff.

Maybe he should be ''Un'' age verified? so he cant pull this shit again...

I shipped out the stock and tube on Monday with next day shipping. He should get it today. I am not here to rip anybody off. As you know, it is the month before exams and there had been alot going on. I was engulfed in homework and projects. I should have known not to start selling things during my busy schedule.

I have received the stock. It is in the same condition that he said it was. I will be giving him a newtral, as I understand that exams can make you very busy. Mind you that the reason that he is getting Neutral is because he failed to communicate even though he saw my PM's.

And now Lazedout is banned because it wasn't the first time he had trade disputes. I've left his brother unbanned because as far as I can see he wasn't involved in any of this. Hopefully he's learned something from his brother's experiance.

thats pretty harsh, but I agree with you lisa, i think you made the right call. this might help deter future trade disputes and prevent sketchy sellers that enjoy being apart of this community from taking other people for rides.

I would say 3 strikes is more then enough to warrent a banning.
