"Poll" Aftermarket duster gas adaptor

Im doing a poll on how many poeple on the board own and use an aftermarket duster adaptor.

CDN_Stalker March 27th, 2006 11:44

I own one and use it when I use duster, which is very little. Good investment, I just wish duster cans had a stronger nozzle on them. I had an almost full can of duster with the adaptor on, it fell on the floor and snapped the nozzle off. So I have an almost full can of duster and no way to get the stuff out. :(

I had one but it broke. Now i made my own and it works very well. plus the can is still functional to blow out my keyboard.

Drake March 27th, 2006 13:51

i make my own with the little straw thingy and some glue. it's always worked fine.

Raw Deal March 27th, 2006 14:12

I own one and it is great, no more wasted gas. Don't really have a use for duster, unless I get a Tanaka revolver.Metal slide and propane will be cheaper in the long run.Propane will make you more competitive also, ever watch somebody "matrix" away from your bb's.IMHO duster is good for colectors items (WA, Tanaka) propane is for your game guns.Buy both adapters!

keep em coming guys!

Just for info purposes, are you looking for info from only users that use duster? Or do you mean all GBB users?

Dog Face Killer March 27th, 2006 16:52

All GBB users.

ProPain baby!

JacoNB March 27th, 2006 19:12

Yeah, I make my own so far, (Straw, nail.) but I'd kill for a good little metal one. :D

vondnik March 27th, 2006 19:59

I use and retail the duster adaptor made by airsoft innovation... works like a charm..

but most of the time i just run propane in all my GBB

Dog Face Killer March 27th, 2006 20:07

whats the deal... someone took this posting down and then brought it back online. as well,. soemone took down another posting of mine. anyone have any ideas?

BloodSport March 27th, 2006 20:29

probably cause it was due to a previous post asking the exact same thing as you, then again it could have been about 20+ previous posts.... I could be wrong though I'm not a Doctor.

bonusmosh March 31st, 2006 11:30

propane is the way to go.

I used a buddies AI duster adaptor once. If i wanted poor GBB performance, i would have continued using duster.

nutboi April 1st, 2006 23:25

i use the propane adapter from ai for my mac and an adapter from a butane lighter fluid for a duster adapter for my wa gun.

sarcastro April 2nd, 2006 03:38

I will use one as soon as I can purchase one ( it seems they're all out of stock) until then I'm stuck with a butane moded one that leaks like a b!@<h.

Mantelope April 3rd, 2006 17:36

Didn't Jugglez already do that?

deimos256 April 9th, 2006 14:20

Very interested in a metal duster adaptor, and as far as AI goes i thought the only adaptor they had has that little disk which requires you to irreversably modify your gun?

Well first the flow restrictor does not irreversably modify your gun it just adds to it's system without changing anything permenantly. Second they have a duster adaptor available as well as a propane adaptor. They pretty mutch have the whole gas thing covered in all angles. Anything new in that department is just repetition of what's out there.

Digital_Assasin April 9th, 2006 19:19

I don't see a duster adaptor on the website....

AI website is going over major revamp. if your interested just e-mail madmax about it. If i remember correctly the average cost is about 15$ but don;t quote me on that.

Digital_Assasin April 9th, 2006 19:29

Cool, thanks Vodnik.
