EMG Sai Gry

Anyone have any experience with this? I know they’re a G&P platform but im also looking at the Krytac LVOA-C. I just don’t know which route to go.

V F C

Dying

Honestly I’ve owned VFC. They’re nice bodies but way over rated.

Freeze February 24th, 2018 21:42

Krytac = Proprietary.

G&P = What's going on.

VFC = Compatibility is great.

Yeah I know what VFC is I traded you one. G&P is badass I don’t care what anyone says. IMO their internals are better than VFC. The gears are the only thing proprietary in krytac and they’re better than any stock gear set on the market. My other option is the G&G G2

Going with the GRY

this part's the most shocking.

He asked about two brands and was told a third, he obviously knew what he wanted. Not a VFC. to each their own.

What input? My question wasn’t about VFC. If I wanted to know about VFC I would have posted VFC in my original post.

I wanted to know first hand experience with the 2.

Krytac Warlord LVOA

And the EMG Salient Arms Grey

Like furniture wise etc.

I didn’t say VFC.

That being said I made a decision based outside of the forum.

Designate each side of the coin for one of your two choices. flip the coin and cover it with your hand. Now, instead of looking at the coin, think about which result you hoped would be revealed. Most people have a subconscious desire for one decision or another to be chosen and tapping into your intuition can help you overcome decisions that can't be decided by reason alone
Should have just done a coin flip. Half way through the flip you already realize you knew what you want. Same thing happened here but instead you decide to become a nuisance to a bunch of people :)

How am I being a nuisance?

I didn’t know what I wanted. I was leaning towards the LVOA

Late to the party, but I would go with the g&p over krytac any day.

Yeah I’m going with it.

Then my dilemma was “do I get the Carbine or CQB?”

I’m going with the Carbine and I can always swap down to a CQB rail.

Pretty much well a different of 3 inches with the jailbreak off.

So in love

Nice Externals, but internally ill lean towards VFC anyday. G&P internal are trash too, and even if VFC stock internals are trash, the compatibility is alot easier on a VFC than a G&P.

But nice that you got the GRY , now throw away the gearbox and build something better worthy of the externals lol

I don’t know, I think that the internals are good. Their trigger assembly is descent and the tappet and selector. The nozzle is descent and cylinder head. The gears aren’t that bad. I would swap the full piston and piston head along with the cylinder. But I’m throwing a new fraught short pull trigger and an ETU and Fet so. The body tolerances are real nice. The Milspec buffer all of it. I’ll need to rip it apart though to see what’s going on. I don’t like the M120 motor.

I once had a kid at siege buy a $20 spring and approached me to swap it for him because he wanted faster trigger response.

Coincidentally his gun was also a g&p and everyone there told me to charge him $40-60 for being a dumbass.

I'm not a gun doc so I just said no but damn there are some really silly people out there.
