super neat

redzaku May 13th, 2015 22:27

i say that they need to put the TM 870 system in it, then i will be interested in it

beta678 May 13th, 2015 22:55

After looking at the clear receiver pic a bit more... I suspect this might have a recoil shock engine in it. Wouldn't make sense to not put one in there w/ all the space in that stock.

Battery inserts under the butt plate at the bottom of the stock, but there looks to be a metal frame along the top of the stock rear of the gear box which I suspect is housing a recoil shock engine of some sort, definitely would be awesome.

http://www.hyperdouraku.com/event/ho.../images/03.jpg

Of course it could say recoil shock on the board but since I can't read Japanese... I'm kinda boned there.

*EDIT*

Hm... Recoil shock engine?

That's the concept one in my mind. Now getting closer. Love it. My next collection.

Swattiger May 13th, 2015 23:39

Excellent ! Innovative and NOT another AR variant!

GR May 13th, 2015 23:53

After all these years, it is time... YES!

Janus May 14th, 2015 00:03

I just filled the cup.

Kozzie May 14th, 2015 00:06

I'll take 7

lurkingknight May 14th, 2015 00:25

リコイルショック would be recoil shock. I don't see it in there.

次世代電動ガン is next generation electric gun, which they use do describe their recoil shock guns. I don't see it or any of the components in there 次世代 (next gen) 電動 (electric) ガン (gun)

I see something about a mosfet.

Yeah, had a friend look it over, no mention of recoil shock. Just looks to be a rather long gear box. Would've been nice though.

Has a mosfet, think its the first AEG to be offered with one by TM. Battery is priced at ¥4600 (~$50CAD), but luckily doesn't seem to be proprietary w/ the tamiya plug seen in the stock pic.

10 BPS x 3 barrels = 30 BPS, curious what stock FPS is, but since its Japan it'd be under 350fps stock for sure. Though imagine one upgraded to 400fps for outdoor use, full auto would be scary on the receiving end.

BioRage May 14th, 2015 01:26

This will be a game changer in CQB.

DO NEED.

:):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

About Bloody time!

SuperCriollo May 14th, 2015 08:40

Freaking awesomeness!!! My only worry is that stock, the slow rater of fire would mean awful trigger response.

_Whiskey_ May 14th, 2015 09:45

As this looks to be a AEG my only hope is that parts are easy attainable for the parts of this gun that are proprietary. But I'm hoping that this gun takes standard parts, Pistons springs etc

Able1 May 14th, 2015 09:55

oh my lord it's a changing world. I'm gonna need 2 of these.

a_sock May 14th, 2015 12:05

hmm now its would you rather shoot 30bbs at 30rps or have 3 bbs be shot at 10 rps. Separate hop ups could mean you could slightly over hop one to increase your effective range with flat and accurate shots good for target hit percentage at medium to close range.

Id really love to see them do a shot pattern video with paper results to see if this is cool but honestly less efficient at producing hits on target compared to usual one barrel setups

BioRage May 14th, 2015 12:57

I would be curious to see how this would work, 1/3 bag of .12, 1/3 of .20, 1/3 of .28... spread be quite entertaining.

JSDF May 14th, 2015 13:12

From my understanding, the inner barrel is stacked in a pyramid shape and the hop-up for the top middle barrel will adjust the bbs to go up, however for the bottom right and left barrel will adjust the hop ups vertically. Meaning that this can also change the spread of the gun.

Better save up quick. In the video, the guy said they are planning to start selling this from the late summer to fall of this year.

Why this clunky POS and not the Glorious Benelli M4/ XM1014?

For eons, the Nerds of Oldmanaersufteon have cried for the Honour of the 1014, or at least the SPAS, and yet, the old ones go unheard.

Deejay2401 May 17th, 2015 19:46

Oh god, seeing someone with one of these with a drum mag would make me groan and forfeit in advance in CQB.

Hate you James. I had that money earmarked for something else... And now the AA12 is delivering tomorrow :)

BioRage April 4th, 2016 09:51

Trigger surprising has them cheaper then b2 at 599.99.. which is surprising, cause they never have stuff cheaper then other retailers.

Yep, and free shipping too. I'm ok with supporting James with a hot product :D though this is definitely an anomaly.

That's like $70 in savings, not erryone balling like you. :)

brock0 April 4th, 2016 10:54

Wish it were a GBB instead. I imagine there should be lots of room in that stock for gas tank similar (but hopefully stronger) to the one in the Marui 870 tac.

I'm on the fence, especially with the bafflingly low capacity of the mags.
