Assassassain October 10th, 2005 15:49

Well, it would have been cheaper if you ordered from specarms, but you'll be happy with your choice.

Muxlow October 10th, 2005 15:49

Muxlow October 10th, 2005 16:50

you found a better deal at specarms, fine...no need to criticize 007 or any other dealer just because specarms has a very good price for that particular product.

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 13:51

And they have them instock. I was all for 007 just they wont be getting anything in for a while. Not sayign they a BAD! Just dont have anythign in stock

yes you are....you said they suck.
you annoy me, you suck.

rat October 11th, 2005 14:39

anyway you will be pleased with your ksc g19. i have one pretty much upgraded with everything available. i love it. :D

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 15:56

I ment their "in stock" items. No glocks so that sucks they dont have any instock or cant get any.

CDN_Stalker October 11th, 2005 16:08

Amazing how fast & easily a thread will go off the tracks!

Ya, the KSC G19 HW is a great gun, nicely built and reliable. and it feels real, especially if you add a metal slide ot it in the future. I have a pair of KSC G19s, (both JASG = Japan versions), one with stock plastic slide and the other with a metal slide, and use both a lot with propane and no problems at all. Some say plastic slides and propane cause problems, others have run thousands of rounds through stock guns on propane and had no problems at all. Just keep that info there in mind and you'll be fine. Plan to order a metal slide for it at some point (cha-CHINK! when you cock & fire it is super nice, making the stock plastic slide kinda well, boring.) Reasonably accurate with a clean & slightly oiled barrel (can get 2-3" groups at 30ft using AE .25g BBs) but for outdoor games I prefer to use .36g sniper BBs, they are less affected by wind, go relatively far and people KNOW (sound) when they get hit, especially if they wear body armour or thick clothes. And if it's your back up and all you have to go by, you want the best you can get for performance, meaning BBs on target, not tapping a guy who doens't seem to notice he got hit.

Anyways, enjoy your G19 when you get it!

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 16:12

I got a metal slide and 2 clips off ebay. slide was 40 bucks and clips were 20. Just waiting for my order to be processed, called them today and just keep getting their voice mail thing. Will them 6mm paintball bbs work too or will they just blow up once the air hits them? I love airsoft pistols and want one for paintball. The paintball pistols are way to big and the real action pistols are getting redone. And ksc seems to be the best for looks and such

rat October 11th, 2005 16:24

i think i read that although there are paintball bbs they are not recommended. i think this is primarily because they might explode before they leave the barrel and might dirty up your internals. i am not sure about this. i have never used them.

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 16:28

Yeah, Iv got a few bottles of them i use for my spinger sig. No problems with them but liek the springer does much anyway. Once i get the glock ill try 4. And if they all break then blah and ill post back on here

Assassassain October 11th, 2005 17:33

I'm sorry, but did you just call a MAGAZINE a CLIP? Get it straight, they are two different things.

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 17:52

Same deal to me, Clips mags. Everyone knows what I mean

Assassassain October 11th, 2005 18:53

It doesn't matter they are two different things.

Magazine.

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 19:16

both hold the rounds, so what if one has the rounds inside the metal case and the other does not. All the same:) Both hold your rounds

Assassassain October 11th, 2005 19:32

Sigh*... You are totally wrong. THEY are two DIFFERENT things. I'm surprised you're not getting flamed, you're lucky. You can think what you want... but guess what, you're wrong.

DanQuayle October 11th, 2005 19:37

Paintball bb's are the great faux pas of airsoft. Don't use them either.

I'm sorry, did you know what he was talking about, but felt the need to show you're smarter by pointing out he used the wrong word? You know what hes talking, he knows what hes talking about, did you really feel it was important to make 2 posts pointing out his error in terminology? Stop padding your post count with pointless trivia.

Do not use paintball bb's! I cannot stress that enough. One breaking in a springer is one thing, one breaking in a gbb is a real problem. You could ruin your gbb by using them. You have been warned.

And you missed my point. Being a noob to the forums I suppose I need to be more obvious for you. This mag/clip argument, debate, whatever you want to call it, has been going on for as many versions of this message board as there have been. 5 years for me, much longer for the board. It comes down to this: When someone uses clip or mag in the wrong context when talking about a mag or clip in relation to a specific gun, you know what they're talking about. Even better, in airsoft nothing uses clips, its all mags (don't quote me on that, as I am sure someone will find an obscure airsoft gun that incorporates clips somehow.) So when someone says clip in reference to an airsoft mag, you damn well know what they are talking about. Pointing it out is pointless, redundant, and just flat out not worth the time. Everyone knows what he's talking about; clarification was not wanted or needed.

Yes, this is a little pet peave of mine; I hate people pointing out the obvious.

You must have some really big tires on your Acadian.. not sure about the Ford part; never heard of a Ford Acadian, now a Pontiac Acadian on the other hand, seen a few of those. http://www.chevettes.com/showroom.php?section=po&page=1

I was joking about the ford acadian OBVIOUSLY. And okay, I won't tell anyone ever again that there is a difference between magazines and clips.

rat October 11th, 2005 21:09

someone is lucky im not an admin...

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 22:46

Yeah, it is crazy how thigns get changed so much lol CLIPS mags most know whats what these days. Prolly some dont even know the difference but thats all better now. We are all smart for having read that:) So i COULD use the paint bb's but if anybreak clean it fast? Or just dont bother at because if one breaks then pooh for the gbb?

gandar October 11th, 2005 22:49

Don't bother, it'll fuck up your gun, and it's not worth the hassle or risk.

Muxlow October 11th, 2005 22:50

Okie doke :xmas:
