This kinda shit makes me upset...
Ontario cat will lose eye after being shot 17 times.
http://ca.news.yahoo.com/blogs/daily...221005475.html Poor cat... god damn those sick fucks, burn in hell. Side note, this one also upsets me (non-airsoft related) http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/05/justic....html?c&page=2 Kid was beat with a Geroge Foreman grill... |
Yeah, animal cruelty is making a comeback. People starving their dogs/cats is the new fad going around. In Calgary, they found a two year old husky someone had taped its mouth shut and it slowly starved in an alley way. Alone, tired, in pain. Later they found a cat there as well I believe, same thing. I heard they finally have some suspects though. I hope they get at least a year in prison for every hour those animals suffered like that.

As an owner of two cat's, the little guys are practically like family members to me, and seeing the kind of cruel shit that people can do to these innocent animals pisses me off to NO END. Why? Why would someone do something like that? I just don't understand...
Needless to say, I hope they catch the fuckers responsible, lock'em up for a long time and bar them from owning pets forever! |

Donate to your local animal shelter, adopt an animal (only if you have a suitable home), and report cruelty. |

It's like the poor thing is just trying to live its life. They are innocent, its not like they have done anything wrong and who cares if they ripped out your couch, these pets don't know any better! I feel like some people really need to take a course before owning a pet, at least to know what they are getting themselves into... |
If I found these cunts I'd tie them up and shoot out one of their eyes. Fucking ridiculous.
Same goes for people leaving their pets in vehicles in summer or winter. I personally have broken vehicle windows in parking lots of grocery stores to free animals in oppressive heat and stood there waiting until the owners get back. I had one golden lab with a VERY long and thick coat that I freed and stood with for a fucking hour before the owner got back to the vehicle freaking out. It was 35°C outside with the humidex. This asshole was so belligerent that I called police and subsequently animal control and had them remove the dog from his possession. Not sire if he got charged, but I know that he never got his dog back, thank the lord. Fact of the matter is there are so many people with animals that should NEVER get the privilege to own so much as a hamster. Anyone who is cruel to animals may as well be being cruel to a child; they are both innocent and in most cases helpless, and if you are cruel in any sense you should go to jail for a very long time for being an inhumane asshole. |
Just called the Sarnia District Humane Society myself regarding poor Joe.
He's out of surgery and doing well. I asked about adoption (I have a soft spot for cats, I own three myself) and as there is an investigation going on, blah blah, so they will be rehabilitating the critter and then placing it for adoption. I'm happy to hear from the staff that there have been many concerned pet owners calling wanting to adopt it as well, so hopefully when he is all healed up he will go to a good home. |
fuck thats wrong, I have 2 and they're like my children
|
I'm not too fond of cats, more of a dog guy but this is absolutely sickening. These people need to be found and held accountable for their actions, and I don't mean the "slap on the wrist" our judicial system is so fond of handing out.
Animal abuse is a clear indicator of psychopathic tendencies, small animals today, children & innocent people the next. Harsher punishments are needed to deal with these sorts of people. |
I can't open the link. I won't. It makes me sick just thinking of it. I have 2 little pups and they are family. Doesn't matter if it is a dog, cat, rat, bird, whatever.. Cruelty to animals is not acceptable. I got right fuck pissed at a fellow airsofter for shooting at some birds in a tree at a private outdoor game.
|
I had a dog (passed on) and now have 2 cats I love my animals in everyway (even when they shed fur everywhere) This is just wrong in so many ways, I agree with Zack the fuck who did that should be tied to a pole and have his eyes shot out and left to fucking rot. I'd kill scum bags like the fuck who did that any day for free. What did that poor cat ever do to deserve 17 shots with a pellet gun to the head???????????????

I worked at the Durham Humane Society in oshawa for Ã* bit. Saw some crazy shit come through the door. Growing up i always had pets. I have two cats now that were saved from shelters, they are my family and I love them with everything i am.
Their is no punishment that can make this right. Death is to good for people like that. Zack... you are a good man. Animals need more people like you looking out for them. Thank you. |

As for leaving pets in vehicles, I always ask people to be careful with this. Obviously, you want to ensure that the pet is in danger. I've been approached twice by people who weren't paying attention, and if I'd have found a broken window, I would've skinned them.
I have two huskies, purebred Siberian, and they are family, my best friends. One summer it was hot out, and I came out of a store to find a guy and a store clerk peering into my truck. They were upset that I left my dogs in there. My 8 seater, Yukon XL has AC in every row, and the cargo area. I left my truck running while I went inside, and left all the vents open. Needless to say, my truck was brisk inside. Huskies would succumb to heat quite quickly, compared to almost any dog. Second incident was in winter. It was about minus 10• or so. A lady was waiting for me at my truck, and threatening to call the police. I explained that they are huskies, and can survive in the extreme cold. Not to mention that they prefer cold weather, and were all sprawled out on the rubber floor. My truck was off for this one. |
Its upsetting that we have people in our community that are this twisted. This is how Luka Magnotta and other killer begin, by harming helpless animals.

There was a vid in the news about a guy that for whatever reason took a dog in his car to a closed alley with walls on the sides i think , throws the dog out of the car then proceeds to drive back & forth trying to run it over ,..There is something really really wrong with people today , & the thing is you can pretty much bet that on every block of every street there is at least one or more ,..creep , perv , drug addict . serial killer , rapist , animal abuser,..etc
There really needs to be some type of screening process for humans , to weed these people out of society before they do their damage ,..then theres also the epidemic of police shooting dogs ,..which is a whole other issue ,...All i know know is , if anyone ever purposely knowingly or carelessly hurts my dog , they will regret the day they were born,.. |
When this came on the news, i had to give each of my cats a good cuddle.. almost to reassure them that this sorta shit wouldn't happen to them - like they have an awareness of this sort of cruelty. Thank Jebus that they won't, while in my care.
To see this shit going on, on a regular basis.. well, i guess this is why i don't really get along all that well with a lot of 'humans'. Major trust issues. This particular case of cruelty left me feeling sick to my stomach, to read about. Unfortunately, it's but the tip of the iceberg. I've had cats all of my life, and it pretty much rips the soul out of me, when i have to take one in to humanely put down due to terminal illness or advanced old age - I simply can't comprehend/understand how someone can be so callous to animals in this manner of cruelty - wild, domesticated, or food-stock. Current owner of one SPCA adult rescue, and one take-in that was evidently abandoned because he was spraying, and the arsehole(s) who dumped him was too cheap to neuter. |
Its disgusting what these low lifes do to animals, but unfortunately its impossible to stop them from having pets unless the government makes it a mandate to have a license to have a pet. Until then its just a matter of grabbing a new victim from Kijiji, pet shops or classifieds all they need is cash in hand.

I guess I should be more clear with the vehicle incident. I stood by the guys car for 25 minutes and the first 15 the dog was freaking out, the next ten he was laying on the back seat panting with his eyes half open. Not even a window cracked open for him. That's when I got fed up and walked back to my car to grab a bottle of water and a tire iron. It was still nearly an hour of sitting with the dog giving him water before the big bitch came out of the store freaking out on me. The cops and animal control gave me no shit over the incident and the cop actually told the guy, who was yelling at me, and the cops, to shut his "fucking dick hole" (actual words used) before he put him in cuffs for animal cruelty. |

Zack :salute:
I had a close call when a woman last year did the same at a Canadian tire in Georgetown. I made the call first and mentally gave the cops 20 mins too respond before my brand new estwing took out the passage window. The g-town cops showed up in 3 mins MAX and used my hammer, LOL too open the window. I left after the Bulldog was watered and put in the back of the cruiser, waging its stump. I didn't see the owner, And im glad, I might have been the animal in the back of the cruiser. Look after animals. What goes around, around comes around. |

I left my chinook in the truck when it was about -20 to go get subs on my way to visit my gf at work. So like 15min I'd be away. It's mostly non-dog people that can jump to conclusions and not realize that husky mixes are usually outside running around for an hour when it's -20 out lol |
My huskies lounge in minus 20•. Up north at night, the sled teams tie their dogs to separate trees at night to sleep. They can't even sleep in a pile, and minus 20• is beach weather up there.

Trouble
Many years ago we had a neighbour with a little boy. This kid would torture their pet cat, tried to nuke it, tried the washing machine, was stopped just before you using a hammer and nails. So they give the away to a better, not hard. This kid was about 12 he is now around 35 I think. Last I heard he is serving a life sentence for murder.
So yes It is very true if you can hurt innocent animals then humans are just the next logical step. I pushed an older man into the Ottawa River last year for whipping his dog with a chain link leash. His LAB was an unfixed male and my Golden was a fixed female. I kept telling him it was okay but he went shithead on the dog. The authorities arrived shortly after he got himself out of the water and he tried to have me arrested. The cops so the marks on the dog, took his dog away and that was that. I've also broken windows of cars where A holes have there pets in swelter heat! I love animals, especially dogs and I hate the general public. |
This kinda shit makes me upset...
Well when you choose to view something or someone with hate, you're just a step closer to being like that older man, just maybe in a different direction.
So maybe that could be some incentive to address some of your own views. |
Very upsetting, I have a fish(fahaka), cat and dog(husky cross). All rescued animals, every time I see/hear of abuse really grinds my gears. I strongly agree we need to stop looking at them as animals when crimes of such kind are committed.
And no I'm not a hippy/hipster or vegetarian for the recorded. |
As cheesy as it sounds. They aren't just animals. They're family. I personally can say my two dogs are almost people. I have a purebred Great Pyrenees and a rescued Daschund. Both of them have their own personalities and sometimes do things that just blow my mind.
They do exhibit human tendencies. I can't look at them as just pets. They're practically my kids. I personally haven't been in a situation where I've seen any abuse or anything, but I know if I was someone else better be around to keep me from totally losing my shit on the lowlife responsible. |
Upsetting
I will do whatever it takes to help an animal in distress anytime and every time. I should not have used the word "hate" more like I disdain the general public.
