I just joined ASC, just after I turned 18 and I checked for retailers.
That's when I saw Chix Softair...
I looked them up, but noticed that the website doesn't look kinda safe ?

I duon't know for you, but I just want your opinions ?

P.S, had a meeting with an age verifier today, but couldn't go because of ICING COONDITIONS dang :???:

Just to tell, this has nothing to do against chix airsoft, I just want information !

chix is an ASC supporting retailer, some members here do not care for their website I personally don't care for retailers using blog style sites myself. but they have only positive feedback here on their trader rating.

I emailed them once... They never responded. I guess they didnt want my business. I got my all-metal AK (RS) somewhere else instead :D

I've bought from chixsoft. Took longer than it should to get my CA m15a4 Tactical carbine but it's safe, though you'd have much more selection getting age verified before anything else.

I know some local people that bought from them but shipping was a bit slow

Personally I have e-mailed them about some items and never heard anything back so I just moved on and bought something else from a different retailer

I finally got a reply to the email I sent them. It was nice of them to finally reply, even though it was kinda too late.

if i remember correctly she only sells to age verified members

Chix has plenty of business outside of ASC.

They require 18+ proof of age for airsoft gun purchase.

You do not have to be av'd nor even a member of asc to deal with Chix.

Anyways, I am saddened to hear that they have closed down. I was trading correspondence with them regarding a restock of MP44's. Are there any other retailers that sell this item?

I know that, I've read the rules, and I respect them too, but I miss this point right here, what if the un-AV will have to prove is age by showing up a piece of ID,

Anyway, lets end this point here. I don't want un-desired attention

online site go through credit cards, easily done by an adult
mach1 enforces a emailed piece of id, kinda works but again parents can do this.
asc enforces the meet in person to prove its really you.

can someone tell me why the chix soft website is closed i really want to know they have the best prices around please let me know thanks
